Me: Yes. Where are you? Are you driving home?
Daddy: Yup.
Me: Are you near the Bicycle Club yet?
Daddy: Yeah, I'm right outside... RIGHT OUTSIDE!
Me: OMG, are you gambling?!?!
Daddy: No, I'm just RIGHT outside... ooh, not anymore... just passed it.

*moments later*

Me: I bought Jerry a birthday present.
Daddy: Oh, I bought Jerry a birthday present, too... a shirt. From that blue place...?
Me: Anchor Blue?
Daddy: Yeah! Yeah, I bought him one of those "Daddy shirts."
Me: You mean a flannel?
Daddy: Yeah, those... "Daddy shirts" – but bigger.
